Hi, I'm Ash. Artist, designer, and founder of Bean Bag Lab.

I've spent over 25 years creating across disciplines from my studio in Adelaide, South Australia: jewellery, graphic design and public art, bold abstract painting, and now something a little squishier. Bean bags, designed by me and made to order in the USA. They ship without filling to keep freight costs and packaging down, ready for you to fill once they arrive.

But not just any bean bags...

Each one begins as a hand-painted artwork, layered with colour, energy, and movement. Then I scan, tweak, stretch, remix, using digital tools to transform these pieces into full-coverage prints you can actually sink into. It's part art, part tech, all comfort.

Bean Bag Lab is my playful mashup of high-vibe design and functional chill-out gear.

No mass production. No filler. Just made-to-order, art-infused bean bag covers for modern homes, cool kids’ spaces, beach houses, and design lovers who don’t take themselves too seriously.
