What does "Ready to Fill" mean?

Our bean bags are shipped without filling. This keeps shipping costs lower and allows you to choose your preferred filling material. See our Size & Filling Guide for recommended filling types and quantities.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Bean Bag Lab bean bags are made to order and typically take approximately 4 business days to produce.

Once shipped, most USA orders arrive within 2–5 business days.

Most orders arrive within approximately 6–9 business days of purchase, including production and delivery time.

Tracking details will be provided once your order ships.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all USA orders.


Do bean bags include filling?

No. Bean Bag Lab bean bags are supplied ready to fill and include an integrated inner liner and lockable safety zipper.

You can fill your bean bag with beans, foam, memory foam, or a combination of filling materials to achieve your preferred level of comfort.

Are the bean bags suitable for children?

Yes. Each bean bag includes a lockable safety zipper and integrated inner liner for added safety and durability.

As with any product containing small filling materials, adult supervision is recommended during filling and maintenance.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@beanbaglab.com and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.


Do you accept returns?

Because each bean bag is made to order, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.
